Today, as we face new challenges, his legacy calls us to reflect on our own strength and unity.
In the wake of October 7 and the Iranian missile attacks, which directly and disproportionally struck the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU) community, BGU is forging a stronger, more resilient way forward, and embodying the resilience that Ben-Gurion envisioned for Israel’s future.
On November 19, 2025, we mark the fourth annual Ben-Gurion Day in the USA. This day is dedicated to honoring the timeless values of Israel’s first Prime Minister and the spirit of resilience that defines Israel today.
