Getting to BGU’s Marcus Family Campus, Beer-Sheva

BGU’s flagship Marcus Family Campus is located at the northern entrance of the city of Beer-Sheva.

By Train

The campus is adjacent to the Beer-Sheva North/University Train Station and there is a foot bridge (the Mexico Bridge) that leads from the train station to campus.

By Bus

All buses entering Beer-Sheva from the north stop across the street from the University at the intersection of Rager Road and Ben-Gurion Boulevard. Or, if you take the bus to the Beer-Sheva Central Bus Station, the local bus number 5 goes to the University.

By Car

Parking note: If you are arriving by car, you must arrange security clearance in advance through the Visitors Unit to enter and park at the University. In Israel, call (08) 646-1750 or (08) 646-1279.

Getting to BGU’s Sde Boker Campus

The University’s Sde Boker Campus is located 30 miles south of Beer-Sheva adjacent to David Ben-Gurion’s gravesite overlooking the majestic Zin Canyon.

It is home to the Jacob Blaustein Institutes for Desert Research and the Ben-Gurion Research Institute for the Study of Israel and Zionism.

Getting to BGU’s Eilat Campus

BGU’s Eilat campus is located in Israel’s southernmost city. It offers many of the academic programs found on the Marcus Family Campus, and is home to the University’s marine biology and hotel management programs.

You can get to Eilat by car, bus or plane.
