Bringing together liberal arts and social sciences into one faculty known for interdisciplinary education and research.
In the world of higher education where there is less emphasis on the humanities,
Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is proud to be the only university in Israel with a combined faculty (what would be a college in the U.S.) of humanities and social sciences.
Home to 19 diverse departments, the Pinchas Sapir Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences promotes collaboration among scholars within and across departments and faculties – at BGU, in Israel and internationally.
What’s more, the Pinchas Sapir Faculty offers innovative programs and is home to research centers that allow BGU students to make an impact on the local Negev community, Israel and the world.
