Atlanta Jewish Times — This November, Conexx is bringing a delegation of business leaders to Israel, including a day in Beer-Sheva to meet with officials from CyberSpark, Israel’s industry-government-academia cyber security initiative, and from BGU, Israel’s most innovative university.

Conexx is an Atlanta-based business connector that creates business opportunities for Israelis looking to expand in the U.S., and Americans looking to do the same in Israel.

The future is here: Beer-Sheva's Advanced Technologies Park

Beer-Sheva’s Advanced Technologies Park. The southern city has become a globally recognized center for cyber security.

This year’s trip places a special emphasis on appealing to women, and will include meetings with Israeli women who are leaders in life sciences, finance, cyber technology, engineering, and math.

The women’s segment is being coordinated by BGU President Prof. Rivka Carmi, M.D., who will lead discussions ranging from “Women in Cyber Security” to “Technology and Entrepreneurship.”

Over the years, Conexx’s efforts have resulted in significant economic growth for Israel and the American Southeast through strategic international partnerships.
