After a 37-year career as a professor of organizational behavior, Prof. Amos Drory retired from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2014. During his tenure at BGU, he held a number of leadership positions including dean of the Guilford Glazer Faculty of Business and Management and dean of the Eilat Campus. He also spearheaded the external affairs branch of BGU for seven years, bringing it to unprecedented success.
Prof. Drory earned his Ph.D. in organizational psychology from Temple University. He has published extensive research in areas such as work motivation, conflict management, impression management, and organizational politics.
Prof. Drory is currently serving as the interim executive director of American Associates, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (Americans for Ben-Gurion University), taking a leave of absence from his position as the rector of the Peres Academic Center in Rehovot, Israel.
