Watch BBC’s interview with Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU) President Prof. Daniel Chamovitz, discussing the Iranian missile strike in Beer-Sheva and at the University.
Following the missile attack from Iran, approximately 85 buildings across BGU, including both the main Marcus Family Campus and other facilities in the city, were inspected. Of these, we know about 60 buildings that sustained varying degrees of damage, including broken glass, collapsed doors, fallen acoustic ceilings, and structural concerns.
