Learn How Your Donation Is Directly Supporting the BGU Community
- Emergency Housing: The University has opened its doors to provide emergency housing for both BGU community members and evacuated families not directly affiliated with the university. The Eilat dormitories have been converted into temporary housing to accommodate those in need.
- Medical Support: BGU is housing medical professionals in our dorms to ensure that the critical healthcare services continue uninterrupted. BGU’s staff is working tirelessly to assist those in need, and their dedication is truly commendable.
- Sustenance: BGU understands the importance of food security during these trying times. To alleviate the burden on affected families, BGU is providing meals and basic provisions to all those housed in BGU’s temporary shelters.
- Reservist support: So far, 2,317 reservists belonging to the BGU community have already been called up for service while simultaneously managing devasting losses and emotional trauma. Your donation will enable BGU to help them continue their academic studies while also offering a myriad of supplemental services to support their families’ needs.
