Proceeds from this event will benefit the Rivka Carmi Endowment Fund for Women’s Academic Achievement. Your contribution will help:

  • Attract and retain the best and brightest young female faculty members through projects that create a supportive environment for women academics at BGU.
  • Provide scholarships to promising female undergraduate students and graduate fellowships.
  • Fund programs that motivate and prepare women Ph.D. students to apply for postdoctoral fellowships that are critical for a successful career in academia.
  • Subsidize the travel and living expenses of exceptional BGU female graduate students and their families, while participating in prestigious postdoctoral fellowship programs abroad.
  • Support the ongoing work of the Office of Advancement of Women at BGU, which serves as the direct address for gender-related issues and serves all female students and faculty.
