Remarkable Resilience and the Way Forward – Aspen
Aspen, CO
Date
4:00 p.m. MT
Location
435 W Main St.
Aspen, Colorado
Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU) was directly and disproportionately impacted by the Hamas terror attacks on October 7. Join us for a conversation with BGU students who recently returned from fighting in combat units in Gaza and now find ways to still serve while pursuing their academic degrees. A4BGU CEO, Doug Seserman and BGU Vice-President for Public Affairs and Resource Development, Jeff Kaye will be in attendance to share how A4BGU and BGU stood on the front lines with its surrounding community to grieve, heal, and lead critical recovery and rebuilding efforts – all while continuing to solve some of the greatest challenges facing humanity. As the anchor institution and engine for growth in the Negev, BGU, now more than ever, represents the way forward.
