Wounded BGU Student-Reservist
We are honored to welcome IDF reservist and BGU engineering student Alon Jacobs. Alon previously served in the IDF Special Forces Egoz Unit; as a reservist, he was called up for active duty on the morning of October 7th to secure the Kibbutzim that were attacked by Hamas. Alon subsequently completed five cycles in Gaza before sustaining injuries. After recently returning from the frontlines to resume his studies at BGU, he joins us to share his story of remarkable resilience.
